Camera image is blank on the broadcast

Camera is visible in the studio but on the live broadcast, there is no image. Only the background is visible.

Chrome issue

Can be caused by:

- 2 tabs with the studio open;

- inactive studio for quite some time after a camera was connected;

- external cam disconnection

"Server is overloaded. Please try again later" 

Server is overloaded message when starting the stream

Such messages can appear when there are a lot of Be.Livers trying to start their stream at the same time. Simply wait for a few minutes or relogin to your account and try to start the stream again. 

"Please Reduce The Amount Of Data You’re Asking For" error 

"Please Reduce The Amount Of Data You’re Asking For" error when scheduling a new stream to Facebook group

This is a known FB API bug, FB has stated that the cause is their servers running out of memory. Please try scheduling a stream later. If that doesn't help, reach out to our support team. 

No audio when the camera is moved to the staging area

No audio from mic when the camera source is moved from broadcasting area to staging

Not a bug

Fix: make sure your camera source is added to staging. You can hide your camera by clicking on the "Stop video" button.

Images are sideways

Uploaded images are rotated (upside down) on the broadcast, while everything looks fine in the studio.
