How to transfer your Be.Live subscription to a different account

To transfer your paid subscription to another account, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new account on Be.live using the login method you prefer: Email&Password, Facebook profile or Google Account. If you already have another account on Be.Live, you can proceed to Step 2.

  2. Contact the Support team from the account with a paid subscription and provide the name of the new account and the email associated with it.

    You can find this information on the My Profile page: 

  3. Once done, the support agent will submit a request to transfer your subscription. 

Other things to know

  • Only paid subscriptions will be transferred. Broadcasts and customization are connected to a specific Be.Live account and therefore will not be transferred to the new one.

  • The process takes up to 7 business days to complete.

  • If you are not the owner of the account, kindly provide an Invoice for a past payment or Transaction ID for verification and confirmation purposes.
