How to transfer your Be.Live subscription to a different account

To transfer your paid subscription to another account, follow these steps:

  1. Start a Free Trial on with the new account you wish to transfer your subscription to. 

  2. Contact Support from the account with a paid subscription and provide the name and user ID of the new account. To locate your user ID, go to your profile page from the Be.Live homepage:

Other things to know

  • Only paid subscriptions will be transferred. Broadcasts and customization are connected to a specific Be.Live account and therefore will not be transferred to the new one.

  • The process takes up to 7 business days to complete.

  • If you are not the owner of the account, kindly provide an invoice for a past payment or transaction ID for verification and confirmation purposes.
