For Business Pages
Reasons why the page does not appear in the destination menu or why you're getting permissions error:
1. You're not an admin.
The Facebook profile connected to your Be.Live account must have admin rights on that particular page.
2. You're logged in to the wrong account.
Make sure to log in to the correct account that manages the page.
3. Make sure that pop-ups in your browser are allowed.
Click the pop-up blocker icon in the address bar, then select Always allow pop-ups and Done. Refresh the page once done.

4. There are multiple links in the description.
Remove them first and try again.
5. The Be.Live app needs to be reinstalled.

6. You may be blocked by Facebook from going live.
Try creating a live post directly on Facebook. If the problem persists, the issue is most likely connected to your Facebook account.
For Groups
Reasons why the group does not appear in the destination menu or why you're getting permissions error:
1. You're not an admin.
The Facebook profile connected to your Be.Live account must have admin rights on that particular group. If your group is owned by a page, make sure that the profile is also an admin.
2. You're logged in to the wrong account.
Make sure that you're logged in to the correct account that manages the group.
3. Make sure that pop-ups in your browser are allowed.
Click the pop-up blocker icon in the address bar, then select Always allow pop-ups and Done. Refresh the page once done.

4. Make sure that Live Posts are allowed in the group.
